As of March this year my partner and I will have been together for 5 years. 5 years seems like a very long time, yet to me it feels like barely the blink of an eye since the first time I met her. When I look back the thing that really hits me is that, despite my memory being truly terrible, I can barely even remember the beginning of this week, I remember the day we met in vivid detail like it literally just happened. Its fair to say that in our time together we’ve had our ups and downs, as all relationships do, with that said the last 5 years have been some of the best and happiest years of my life. I can’t imagine my life without her in it.
