I'm sure people use the word "irregardless" just to annoy me, the word you're looking for is either "irrespective" or just "regardless". "irregardless" isn't a word, it does not exist and if it did it would essentially mean the opposite of what you think it does.

You’ve really gotta love it when the train you’re on, baring in mind that was already 10 minutes late when it arrived at my station, stops in the middle of nowhere, for at least 5 minutes, with absolutely no explanation and for no apparent reason.
